યુવક મંડળોને માન્યતા ગ્રાન્ટ આપવાની યોજનાનું નામકરણ બદલીને ૧૯૯૯-ર૦૦૦ના વર્ષથી માતૃભૂમિ યુવા શકિત કેન્દ્ર ની સ્થાપના થતાં પ્રથમ માન્યતા વખતે આજીવન એક વખત રૂા.૧૦૦૦/- આ કેન્દ્રને ચુકવવામાં આવે છે. નાણાકીય વર્ષ-ર૦૧ર-૧૩માં રૂા.૦.૦૫ હજાર જેટલી જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
